4stars  Biloxi casino
Had a great time at this casino, there was some rudeness from some asians at the roulett table but that seems to be any where you go. Just their nature I guess. Anyway the rooms were clean the beds were superb. The over all expreience was great. I will continue to go back here time and time again.

I don't know where the people who wrote the comments above are from But you all seem to be used to being PAMPERED.We have been coming to Biloxi on a Bus tour out of Melbourne Fl for years and hav been treated royally by tbe Bus driver ,who was like family, and the Grand Casino both in Biloxi and Gulf port. Both places were very gracious and accomodating ,assigning us a room near the elevator since I can't walk very well and offering to send a wheel chair to take me to the casino floor, which I rejected graciously. The waitress never missed stopping to ask if she could get us anything when she would pass our way.Hint,To you whiners,She does appreciate a tip sometimes.Well I guess I'll sign off for now as I was originally looking for my Tour bus company name.We are going to Biloxi in June If I can find him.

  It's a Joke
The waitresses are total white trash....As you can see from the review below mine...The casino security is in your face....The dealers barely know how to run the games...(even worse, after the storm) They act like you should be priveledged to be in this hellhole. It's terrible.

This place does not guarantee a non smoking room. We had to sleep in a smelly awful smokers room even though we reserved a nonsmoking room. I was told by the customer service rep, they do not guarantee a room type and it is, "company policy", not to compensate customers anything! She repeated this to me over and over and over again.I was given the honor of paying them $140 to sleep in a smelly filthy ashtray of a room. Also, they have an area of the casino marked nonsmoking, this is not enforced.

I guess you can say I am one of the locals here. I have been to all of the casino's in Biloxi and Gulfport and the Grand is not my favorite by far. Actually the smaller casino's that have no hotel are the best. The Copa in Gulfport has superb service. The waitress comes around often and if you like slots, they have plenty of them. They send out excellent coupons for weekly cash and they send out a lot of coupons for free coupons and gifts througout the month. The only negative thing about the Copa Casino is that they DO NOT have a hotel. Other than not having a hotel, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. I recommend this casino to anyone who visits the area. They do have hotels out in the city that are probably a lot cheaper than any casino hotel. Most of these hotels such as best western, holiday inn, etc... do provide shuttle service to the casino's. Please check it out

Took my wife to visit Biloxi after haveing been away from there for about 30 years. The hotel was great, casino was very good, except don't expect to find a cocktail waitress to give you a drink while you are playing a machine. We did have the unfortunate experience of having my wife's watch stolen from out room while we were out, although we realized that we did fail to secure it so technically it was out fault. We did advise the hotel casino, and they did not even acknowledge our letter. While I would have accepted a "sorry, but there is nothing we can do" response, receiving nothing at all from the hotel/casino is tantamount to saying we really don't care about you, go somewhere else next time. There are a lot of other hotel/casinos nearby that will receive our future business. I'd stongly recommend avoiding this hotel as they obviously don't want return business.

i'd love to give the casino a 10, but a 9 is as far as i can go. i,ve been a guest here 4 or 5 times and usually bring about $3000 to gamble with. i left every time but once ahead. i'm always at the crap tables--and it's always a great time here. my room and meals get comped every time and the staff is very friendly. i cant wait to go back. the food has declined slightly.

I HAVE BEEN ENJOYING THE GRAND-BILOXI SINCE IT FIRST OPENED. I LIKE IT MUCH BETTER THAN THE BEAU BECAUSE OF THE OVERALL ATMOSPHERE INSIDE THE CASINO. I HAVE BEEN FAIRLY LUCKY AT THE GRAND. I HAVE RECENTLY STARTED GOING TO TUNICA DUE TO A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE GULFPORT AIRPORT WHEN I WAS TOLD I HAD TO RIDE IN A BUS WITH A REALLY RUDE COWBOY LOOKING DRIVER DEMANDING $17.00 TO GET TO THE HOTEL OR GET OFF THE BUS. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN WARNED AHEAD OF TIME, A CAR OR VAN WOULD NOT BE PICKING US UP, INSTEAD WE WERE YELLED AT BY A VERY RUDE BUS DRIVER THAT DIDN'T EVEN OFFER TO HELP WITH THE LUGGAGE. ONCE I GOT TO THE CASINO I HAD MY USUAL WONDERFUL TIME, BUT I TOOK THE DRIVER'S ADVICE AND CALLED A CAB TO RETURN TO THE AIRPORT. A RUDE BUS DRIVER TRIED VERY HARD TO RUIN A WONDERFUL WEEKEND. IT DIDN'T WORK- I HAD A GREAT TIME, CAN'T WAIT TO GO AGAIN!

I have enjoyed both of our visits to the Grand Casino. I do think the Casino
needs more staffing at night. It is a very large hotel and when I walk to my
room alone at night I haven't seen any staff members around. For a female going to her room alone it is a little frightning. Maybe they need to invest
in a larger night crew.

This casino is very bad! Dont look for service or anything that might make you return to this place. Its a very large casino & people seem to think its the best but its not in anyway, shape or form. Its always crowded & be ready if you happen to win at the slots or table games to be treated like a cheat! I won $2000.00 guessing at the roulette wheel here & was told to leave! The pitt bosses got so mad at me winning they told me to leave & never come back! The dealers & drink fetchers are very nice people yet the management will treat you bad if you happen to win. The Isle of Capri & Beau Rivage dont treat customers that win like that! Avoid this place. Read the book Double Down to find out all about Grand Casino's rotten ways they treat players & the hell they will put them threw for even losing! This place sucks!

We have stayed at the Grand 3 different times now and each time I say that's it, staying somewhere else next time. We were trying to give them the benefit of doubt regarding casino services since we do like the rooms and location. But the last time cinched it and will stay at the Beau (or elsewhere) from now on. The change people at the Grand are the WORST in Biloxi. They are always so busy doing other things in the booth that supplying change to the guest is the least of their priorities! They are rude and argumentive if you disrupt them for change. Heaven forbid if your machine runs out of coins because you can expect to have a minimum 30 min. wait. On weekends have even had to wait an hr. or more for fills. While I'm complaining anyway, might as well mention that never won anything there and lost over $2000! in the 3 trips on their TIGHT quarter machines.

Great hotel, very clean and neat. Good luck trying to get on a dollar machine, the rules are if no one is playing the machine, it's yours....well one lady had her foot on one, her food on another and not playing, just being very greedy!
