4stars  My last visit
On the 12th of July I reserved a com room for myself and another room for a friend from Germany for a very low price. I usually pay (loss) about $500 per day. I really like the getaway weekends but this time we only had one day. He seem to have fun. I only have one bad thing to say I wish I could have stayed longer. I love their suites with the huge bath tub. And the spa is great to. I love to wake up and order room service, drink alittle champ and oj. Most of the time I don't get one (suite)but when I do I really do enjoy the relaxing rooms. So who ever did not like it in the past give it another shot you may be happily suprised.

  tight slots and noisy neighbors
My husband and I just returned from a 3-night complimentary stay. We couldn't rest in our suite because of too much noise from neighbors and construction. We moved to a standard room for days 2 and 3. Both rooms were pretty, but there were no locks on the new bathroom doors and we value privacy. The slots seemed to be very tight: bet 18/win 3. We had 2 comp meals at Farraday's. The food was delicious and the waitress was very nice. The loudmouths at the bar spoiled the dining and no attempt was made to quiet them. I would have been very upset if I'd had to pay their high prices for that. Maybe they should have waited until all was in order before reopening. This was not our first stay at Isle of Capri, but it may well be our last.

I have stayed here several times, the buffet has in the past been so bad that we have gone out of the hotel for dinner. This week stay, I had a 4year old with me so we ate at the buffet. It was so good we {6 of us} ate there 2 nights in a row. The pool staff and bartender were more interested in flirting than doing their job. The front desk clerks were NOT friendly or welcoming either. I ordered a non-smoking room and when I called down from my SMOKING ROOM I was told too bad- they can not guarantee rooms. Why ask when you make the reservation? I was STRONGLY upset that the desk clerks are allowed to treat guests like this. I will have to think long and hard before returning.

  All about the Isle
We were traveling on I-10 and the welcome center entering Miss. from the east, is where it all started -- our stays at the Isle. We received a free deck of cards and also a free night at the Isle.

I live a few hours Drive from Biloxi, in the Florida Panhandle. Something keeps drawing me back to the Isle of Capri ever time I decide to go to the casinos. I have been to most of gaming centers in the Biloxi and Gulfport area but The Isle Of Capri has always been my Favorite. I never go at peak times, usually during the week so it is never too busy. The Resturaunts are awesome and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The casino itself has everything you can want as far as gaming. Slot and Video poker players have a lot to choose from. Table gaming is quite good too. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. They have a very generous comp system, I can't remember one time after playing at night not having a breakfast buffet comped in the morning.

Our stay at The Isle was very pleasant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and efficient. We really had a lot of fun at this casino and plan to visit again soon. The casino/gaming areas weren't too crowded so we didn't have to walk back and forth looking for open slots, but they were busy enough to still win!!!

We arrived at the hotel very exhausted around 9 p.m. The first person we encountered was a security guard in the entrance to the parking area named Walter. He was very helpful with parking information since we were pulling a trailer behind our vehicle. He not only showed us where to park but picked us up in a golf cart since it was quite a distance from the hotel. We appreciated his concern and taking personal responsibility to provide excellent customer service. Then, checking in we met David who once again exceeded our expectations.

We are looking forward to returning to your hotel. My son and his wife has recently moved to the area, and since we are now new grandparents I hope for frequent returns.

My favorite casino/hotel since 1998. I have never had a problem getting a room even at the last minute. Overall staff are great and there to make the stay a pleasant one. There is no better food anywhere than Faraday's!!!! The waiters are too good just like the food. I don't always come out a winner on the slots but I always enjoy playing them, win or lose. I do miss Ricardo Montelban's "welcome to the Isle of Capri Resort in Biloxi" whenever I call. i may visit other casinos but I always come back to the Isle. Hope to be there soon.

I prefer to go to the Isle Of Capri more so than the other hotels as I am a slot player. The payouts are quick and "nice". I think the buffet has a ways to go but the staff everywhere is wonderful.

I only stayed there for a couple of days, but they sure made me feel at home. The arcade for the kids is pretty small, though. It's only about as big as a person's living room. But, hey, I had fun, and that's what counts.

They have an excellent staff. The workers go out of their ways to help. I value this chiefly among vacation places. Without good service half of your vacation is already ruined!

OK rooms, but have stayed at much better in Biloxi. Friendly hotel and casino staff. Casino is much too crowded and too pink (some people may like this though). The upper level floor seems a bit flimsy and made me nervous. I saw alot of people winning at slots. Not enough blackjack tables for amount of people waiting to play, and there's not enough arm or leg room and tables are much too close together. Beware of single-deck blackjack games-LOUSY rules. Go for the double deck games instead, lower minimums and most (check rules carefully)of them have generous rules, just not enough tables open. VERY family oriented, maybe that's why I don't like it as well as others. Too many kids-I like kids-but don't think parents should take them to a casino-seems selfish.
