My personal favorite of all casino's. The staff is great, the rooms are imaculate, and I always feel as if they all appreciate my business. And I'm not a "High Roller". Thanks for making my vacations wonderful!!

My husband and I stayed here 3 times. I have been 5 total. The first two visits with my husband were fantastic. We even took time to fill out the survey cards and added additional praises for the staff and enjoyment. We thought we had found the place to stay! However, our 3rd trip was horrible. First of all, the rates sky rocketed. Then, everywhere we went we were treated badly, from the front desk, which is the first point of contact (critical moment), to the dealers. We both spend a lot of time at the Black Jack tables so, we expect to be treated decently by the dealers and the pit employees. My husband and I were very disappointed! The other 2 times I went with my family and it was their hotel choice. NOT anymore, we had the same treatment. So, consistency wins! We will be scouting out a new place to stay. My family, consisting of 8 regulars has already enjoyed stays at the Magic and the Grand.

I've never stayed in this hotel but this website sucks because it says you can make reservations from this page and you can't.

We met 2 other couples there last month. It was very comfortable and very clean. The staff in the hotel, casino and restaurants were friendly and effecient. Its not nearly as big as the Grand etc but the Palace has a welcoming friendly and relaxed atmosphere thats hard to beat.

The staff at this casino is the best in Biloxi, they are very freindly and helpful at all times of the day or night. When I walked in to hotel room I felt like a queen, they are so elegant and roomy. I will stay here everytime I visit Biloxi.

Had a great time here, the room was wonderful, the view was fabulous. The prices here are a bit of a trick, apparently. We had a great reat this summer, but then this fall the rates went through the roof. Ouch. The pool deck is the best in Biloxi, and the hot tub is bigger than my living room, great food specials, too, and the leather-chaired lounge is a pleasure.
check in was a breeze, and the folks here were very nice. My only complaint is the comps were too scarce. Played all evening, lost a good bit, and was treated like a two-bit hustler at the mere mention of a breakfast comp, you know, a buffet to ease the pain. Beware of their appetite for side bets on blackjack, but although lots of tables have them, they don't require you to pay, and they don't change the rules of the game. Low limit roulette was a nice diversion, drinks are plentiful. Plan on staying there again in the summer, when the rates go down.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT HOTEL. THE ROOMS ARE VERY NICE AND WELL MAINTAINED. THE BUFFETS THAT THEY OFFER HAVE A WIDE VARIETY OF ITEMS TO CHOOSE FROM. THE HOTEL STAFF AND DINING ROOM PERSONNEL ARE VERY NICE. THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE EXPERIEMCED IN MY VISITS (ABOUT 4 TO 5 DAYS A MONTH) IS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH WAITERS/WAITRESSES AND SLOT PERSONNEL. A VERY NICE CASINO AND WELL WORTH THE VISIT.

I stayed at the Casino with my two cousins the weekend of July 28th-29th.
Our stay could not have been more pleasant. The rooms were great. The Hotel
is one of the newer ones in Biloxi. It has it all. The employees were very
helpful to our every need. My cousins are from Atlanta. It was their first
time staying at a Casino. They told me after their stay at the Palace that
they would be back for their next vacation. The food both in the Hotel and
the one in the casino was fantastic. We had the seafood on Saturday. It was
delicious. The dealers in the casino were very helpful. My cousins played
Blackjack for the first time. They had a blast with the friendly dealers.
I can't say enough for the staff of the Palace Casino Resort and would
highly recommend it to anyone visiting the coast. Lynn Hunter Jordan

The BEST rooms in Biloxi. Nice, deep tubs, Coffemakers, hairdryers, large t.v.s., beautiful and detailed decor in rooms. I've stayed at this hotel about 3 times in the past year. Rude hotel staff last time we went except for one very helpful and friendly desk clerk. Great 2-deck blackjack games w/low minimums but not many tables. I've never had much luck at the slots at this casino. Friendy dealers but the other floor personnel were not very helpful. If you're looking for good comps, be prepared to spend lots and lots of money.
